ShotCal is a utility that reads a schedule photo and builds an .ics calendar file. It is not Google, Apple, or a school system. You must check the events before you import them. We are not liable for missed games, shifts, or classes.

The first conversion is free. Additional conversions are sold in a 30-pack for $9 USD as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Packs are tied to the browser cookie on the device that completed Polar checkout.

Extraction can be wrong. If the photo is unreadable we still may count a conversion. Refunds for Polar charges follow Polar’s policy.

Do not upload photos of other people’s children in contexts you are not allowed to process. You are responsible for the files you submit.
